Drum Sampling
with Everyday Object

A bespoke battery kit comprising original samples was generated for utilization as a versatile drum kit. The sampling process involved capturing sounds from commonplace objects capable of fulfilling the role of a drum kit. The sampling criteria prioritized creativity, encompassing a diverse range of sources, with the stipulation that the resultant samples be conducive to effective use in drum applications. The final result is a song composed using this drum kit and an electronic piano produced by the musical instrument imitation project. My purpose for this project is not only to produce but also to utilize it.
